Cemeteries

The City of Stoughton is responsible for the maintenance and record keeping of Riverside Cemetery and Wheeler Prairie Cemetery.

Both cemeteries have records that have been converted digitally and the administrative clerk has the ability to search for information in various ways.

Riverside Cemetery

Riverside Cemetery is centrally located next to the Yaraha River in Stoughton, at the intersection of Milwaukee St. & S. Page Street. Click here for Google Maps directions.

Wheeler Prairie Cemetery

Wheeler Prairie Cemetery is located in the peaceful country approximately 7 miles SE of Stoughton, in the Town of Dunkirk. Click here for Google Maps directions.

Take Highway N South to Leslie Road. Turn left (east) on Leslie Road, continue for approximately 3 miles. Wheeler Prairie is located at the "T" intersection of Leslie Road and Tower Drive.
